This is so cool ... it's like a spooky take on the kind of flower photo seen on greeting cards. Did you use close-up filters or a macro lens? Love the saturation too.
I popped a couple of extension tubes on the camera. I haven't done much with them for a long time so it was fun to wander around the yard and see what I could find.
What really attracted me to the composition was the mostly brown bug shell sitting on such a colorful daylily.
it's like beauty & the beast!
I did a lot of macro flower shots and always thought bugs and things detracted from their beauty.
i have changred my thinking after seeing this.Beautiful!!
