Vancouver, in common with many other cities, abandoned much of its institutionalised mental health care some time ago. Many former patients now live a marginal existence on the streets.

Looking from the inside out is such a clever way to show this subject! The shadowed face showing lost hope is so powerful.
I agree with Kathleen. It's a difficult image to look at because it's so sad.
Wow, you really did encapsulate 'stigma' with this strong image. It's coincidental that the reason I set stigma was because I had just worked on a committee into mental health which discussed homelessness at length. Well done.
